Can I get real pictures or video of the machines?
Yes, we will provide actual photos and videos of each machine before shipping for your full confirmation.
Do you export to Africa and the Middle East?
Yes, we have long-term customers in Nigeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Algeria, Tanzania, and other regions. We arrange international shipping by sea.
How long does it take to receive the machine?
Delivery times vary by location. Typically, it takes 25–40 days by sea depending on your destination port.
Can I inspect the machine before shipping?
Absolutely. You can visit our yard in Changsha, or appoint a third-party inspection agent. We’ll also send full inspection videos.
